mbark is a mobile optimization company that makes it exponentially easier and faster for product teams to iterate on their mobile app onboarding. mbark’s main product is a client dashboard that monitors and controls our client’s mobile apps’ onboarding flows. It is a replacement for the typically weeks-long process of optimizing onboarding, a critical moment in users’ experience of an app.

What You'll Do...

You'll be a key member of our small team, and you’ll be responsible for creating the designs for mbark’s web app software. You'll work on our brand, identity, deck, first prototype, research, and most importantly, our product. Put another way, you’ll be designing the face of our business from the ground up!

Working directly with the founding members of our team, you’ll help translate the vision for mbark’s tools into high-fidelity mockups. You’ll have the opportunity to develop a thoughtful, professional design system for a fast-growing, well-funded venture.

Experience

• 3+ years experience
• Strong, independent designer with a proven track record of delivering exceptional thinking and stunning visual design across web and mobile
• Collaborator by nature
• Experience using Figma, design systems, Notion, and user testing tools. Familiarity with Lottie a plus.
• Ability to manage expectations, has great communication skills and is meticulously organized
