Duties: Design, create, and support objects in PeopleSoft CRM using an Oracle 12c database. Interface with the user community to collect and document requirements for various projects. Troubleshoot and resolve production related issues. Perform tuning on complex SQL, PL/SQL, and application code to improve performance. Design and develop the integration with third party systems using Web Services and Service Oriented Architecture. Write technical design documents for various enhancements. Create and maintain application servers, web servers, and process scheduler servers. Develop job processing in the scheduling system, and support and maintain the scheduling system. Work with other team members in the sprint team and ensure that sprint team deliverables are completed in a timely manner.


Minimum education and experience required: This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Computer Engineering or related field of study plus five (5) years of experience in the job offered or five (5) years of experience as a Systems Analyst, Applications Developer, or closely related occupation.

Skills Required: This position requires five (5) years of experience with the following skills: People Tools 8.5x; CRM 9.x; Oracle 12c Stored Procedures, Functions, Packages, and Triggers; Web Services (SOAP and REST); XML; HTML; XSLT transformation; Java and Javascript; Tuxedo; and Unix and Linux.
