Duties: Develop mobile applications on Android platform using Java and Kotlin. Optimize and test code for phones. Participate in the agile development process including daily scrum, weekly iteration reviews, and planning. Confirm application requirements by phone and email with business partners. Deliver products across multiple releases. Automate unit and regression testing. Support project releases, Provide support to multiple versions of Android SDK, screen resolutions and device types. Debug and test the performance of mobile applications with various testing frameworks.


Minimum education and experience required: This position requires a Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field of study plus three (3) years of experience in the job offered or three (3) years of experience as Mobile Engineer, or related occupation. The employer will alternatively accept a Bachelor's degree plus five (5) years of experience

Skills Required: This position requires minimum three (3) years of experience with the following skills: JAVA for Android development; P2P and P2B payment flows and architecture; develop Micro services using JAVA and Spring boot; mobile application lifecycle for Android; release, upload, and update the mobile application to the Google Play Store; build mobile apps using SQLLite and CoreData; develop and deploy Python, Shell script, and Ruby scripts; memory profiling for Android apps; production support for Android and Micro Services applications; use AES and SHA256 algorithm to encrypt login information for mobile apps; integrate mobile and web applications using Cordova or PhoneGap frameworks; HP Quality center and JIRA for defect management; write unit and automation tests using RoboElectric, Espresso and Junit; HTML for the development of hybrid web pages; JavaScript; and CSS.
