The Global Technology Infrastructure Risk Manager partners with Cybersecurity & Technology Controls, second and third line of defense functions, and product delivery and architecture functions to assess and identify technology risk, as well as develop tactical and strategic solutions to mitigate risk. A thought leader in the industry, the Global Technology Infrastructure Risk Manager will strike a balance between partnering to implement innovative solutions which allows products to deliver cutting edge solutions to clients, while remaining compliant with technology controls and protecting the firm's assets.

Responsibilities:
* Partner with product and platform teams to understand key technical capabilities, technical strategy and roadmaps of our products
* Maintain knowledge of current threat landscapes and attack vectors and determine associated vulnerabilities in the product portfolio
* Maintain thorough understanding of the firms' IT controls and processes framework
* Assess and quantify risk in the product portfolio in areas such as product implementations, internal and external threats including infrastructure hardware and software components, and data infiltration/exfiltration and vulnerabilities.
* Design, implement and maintain modern controls leveraging creative and innovative solutioning
* Partner with product teams to design tactical and strategic solutions to mitigate risk as well as appropriate compensating controls to manage risk on an ongoing basis
* Work with the cybersecurity information security managers and product teams to prioritize book of work items, coordinate security and risk reduction of shared products, and evaluate new technology products
* Develop executive management, stakeholder, and regulator presentations in order to communicate issues, recommendations, and status of initiatives
* Define and drive a positive risk culture across the organization, whereby risk is embedded in how we operate, our accountability model, and how we measure success as an organization
* Assume the role of risk evangelist; identify opportunities to provide guidance on risk management best practices across the organization, prioritize risk training and knowledge share from relevant threats, audits & self-identified risks
* Work with the architecture team to define compliant or within-tolerance design patterns that avoid technical debt for new offerings
* Challenge the status quo by providing critical and analytical thinking and strong decision-making capabilities to identify problems, propose creative solutions, and escalate as necessary

Qualifications:
* Expertise in cloud security and cloud architectures, as well as SaaS based product models and hosting solutions
* Understanding of network architecture, design and security and common threat vectors
* Foundational understanding of firewall security architectures and end point devices, and external threat vectors
* Working knowledge of operating systems and OS level security
* Working knowledge of mobile infrastructure and mobile device security
* Solid understanding of business and technical resiliency
* Ability to partner with broad cross-functional stakeholder base on projects and influence any level of leadership
* Strong written and oral executive-level communications skills with ability to communicate complex and sensitive topics
* Ability to work both independently and as a core team member
* High level of attention to detail and quality of work products
* Strong analytical skills
* Ability to build diverse, high performing and cohesive teams
* Experience using the MS Suite of products
* Bachelor's degree in a Cybersecurity or other relevant domain with professional certification preferred
