Our team is growing and we are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic designer to help bring our sales and marketing efforts to the next level.  We have amazing partnerships and an exciting story to tell- we just need help visualizing it. Our new Associate Creative Director will help both the sales and marketing teams by building compelling and creative assets - everything from banner ads to social media posts to presentation slides to long-form thought pieces and case studies. The Associate Creative Director will also be responsible for upholding brand standards  and consistency for Elastic & PlumRiver Technologies across all platforms. 


We’re looking for a jack (or jill) of all trades that’s eager to get creative and be a collaborative part of the sales and marketing team. Because the world of B2B SaaS is not inherently visual or exciting, we’re looking for a designer who is eager to bring our story to life through branding and design. 


Our team is mostly remote so candidate but must be local to the Denver/Boulder/Colorado Springs area. 


Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of design experience. Agency or B2B setting is preferred. 
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Formal Design Training
  • Located in the greater Denver area
  • Must be able to meet deadlines and follow instructions
  • Portfolio Submission
  • Experience in the outdoor or retail setting is a plus 


Responsibilities:

Brand Ownership:

  • Create brand guidelines and style guide documentation 

Website:

  • Post and update blog posts, evergreen pages and case studies on Wordpress Site
  • Manage imagery, video, animations and graphics, ensuring all brand standards

Social Media:

  • Create imagery, graphics, videos for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram

Content:

  • Design, build and/or update long-form case studies, white papers, infographics
  • Assist in build out of weekly email marketing campaigns via MailChimp

Video:

  • Record, produce and edit video interviews, demonstration recordings
  • Sales Presentations
  • Design Powerpoint slide decks for large-scale presentations
  • Create and edit customized graphics and imagery
  • Build templates and manage updates using third party tool like Slidebank

Using Elastic Suite

  • Responsible for creating demo videos and capturing screenshots from various pathways within Elastic Suite
  • All training will be provided

All messaging and copy will be handled by the Sales & Marketing directors 


Experience and Skills:

  • Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign required)
  • Microsoft Powerpoint 
  • Video Production & Editing Skills (required)
  • Wordpress Management (technical & development knowledge is helpful but not required)
  • HTML & CSS (working knowledge to add/edit existing WP content)
  • Ability to meet deadlines and follow instructions
