- Assist our Operations, and Sales/Marketing teams on all levels.
- Conduct product demos both in person and online.
- Assist or lead integration on site (in Berlin, or remotely) with customers.
- Create and continuously optimize customer acquisition and onboarding processes and workflows, working directly with management and Sales - share your best practices with the team.
- Prepare supporting documentation and ad-hoc integration support to customers.
- Assume responsibility and take ownership of your own projects and processes.
- You are between your Bachelor’s & Masters.
- You are great with people and possess strong communication skills.
- You are a self-starter and results-driven.
- Strong analytical skills coupled with high attention to details.
- Ability to learn fast and adjust to a rapidly changing environment.
- You are fluent in German and English.
