KEY KNOWLEDGE Business: strong business understanding / develop a result-driven marketing vision / work closely with CEO Marketing: marketing strategy / performance channels / customer journey / acquisition funnel Analytics:  KPI’s / reporting / testing Communication: with internal and external stakeholder from different levels AREA OF RESPONSIBILITIES As Senior Performance Marketing Manager at LW, you will be the 1st member to join the Marketing Team. Your mission will be to drive growth through all our range of organic and paid channels. On an ongoing basis, you will be in charge of strategizing, implementing, testing, managing and reporting for all the existing organic & paid acquisition channels for LW. So the ideal candidate is an entrepreneurial, hands-on, creative, out-of-the box thinking digital expert who is very familiar with growth marketing strategies as a whole, and an expert in at least one paid acquisition channel.   • You take full responsibility for the performance marketing strategy, planning & optimal budget allocation as well as the continuous improvement by setting up, systematically developing and testing hypotheses for all performance marketing channels, such as Paid Search, Display & Retargeting, Paid Social, etc (non exhaustive list).
  • You are the master of ROI optimization for each and every channel
  • You herewith ensure that all actions are result-driven and directly connected to specific growth KPIs.
  • You understand our target groups and have an overarching view on all single touch points of the customer journey.
  • You own the acquisition funnel on every stage from the first contact to activation by testing new campaigns and doing A/B testing
  • You ensure that an attribution tool is not just up and running but rather an essential daily application for you and all relevant stakeholders in order to understand all actions in every detail
  • You will develop reporting and analytics dashboards and take charge of data and KPI analysis to optimize marketing activities.
  • You explore new growth opportunities with influencers, offline channels or affiliate marketing
  • You will act as the guardian of the LW brand by ensuring consistency in communication (tone of voice) across the different touch points
  • You hold a Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Online Marketing or E-commerce
  • You have more than 3 years of experience in Marketing or ecommerce preferably with a ecommerce start-up
  • You are adaptable and comfortable with "quick and dirty" fixes
  • You have a strong strategic mindset backed with solid data and analytical skills especially with Google Analytics and A/B testing methodologies
  • You have knowledge and experience in all marketing channels like Direct Communication, Paid Display/Social, SEO, SEA, Social Media, and Onsite Content.
  • You have experience in CRM (newsletter/email campaign is a plus)
  • You have a strong ability to motivate other people and to pull in the same direction and have strong team leadership experience.
  • You have excellent project management skills and deep marketing knowledge to steer and organize different internal and external cross-functional stakeholders.
  • You are comfortable with Excel (pivot table) and Data Studio with great analytical and reporting skills and you are used to build all your initiatives on numbers
  • You have experience with tools as Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Google Adwords, Campaign manager, Facebook Business Manager and affiliate platforms
  • You are a good communicator who is fluent in French and English
