As a Configuration Analyst / Front-end developer you will be a part of our Customer Analytics team and play a central role in designing, developing and maintain the business Marketing Automation tool. The platform is used to push relevant advice and marketing advertisement based on customer type and behavior.

About the position
As a Configuration Analyst / Front-end developer you will be part of a dedicated Agile team for one of our digital solutions. You will work in a cross-skilled team and work on small, medium and large user stories and you will also often discuss with the business for implementation. We are now in the phase to restart the work for more custom development, where you will be involved and lead the work of setting up and design the application / module in the tool. You will configure software applications using quality techniques to ensure that unit test principles are built in, component builds function as designed and delivered configuration is correct. This will align with agile delivery methods using continuous integration approaches. Part of your role also gives you opportunity to be involved in business development based on campaign management and customer journeys.

You will work closely with our business partners as a Configuration Analyst / Front-end developer, so will you be the one helping them getting better insight in our customers’ demands?

About you
We believe that you are a positive, enthusiastic professional with strong communication skills. Also, you have a structured way of working. You are proactive and able to take self-initiatives by having a hands-on mentality to solve complex issues. Learning new tools and front-end development skills is your second nature. We also believe that you:

  • Have an Agile mindset and SCRUM way of working
  • Feel personally committed to the goal setting and delivery of the team (local and international)
  • Last but not least you are not afraid to drink a cup of coffee with a product owner

Location: Preferably Sweden (Solna, near Mall of Scandinavia), Poland (Gliwice or Katowice) could also be an option.

Your skills

We believe that you take ownership for creating journeys that automate business processes through communication management and through Marketing Automation tools (for example Pitney Bowes Portrait Dialogue and Engage One technology). You work proactively with the Product Owner and Business Analyst to understand the big picture and to translate business requirements into configurable customer journeys. Also we believe that you have/are:

  • Preferably Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or comparable degree
  • Experience at least one Marking automation tool
  • Familiarity with technologies like: NodeJS, AngularJS, working knowledge with json, Visual studio, API, Git
  • Working knowledge of Web development (HTML 5/CSS, Java, Java script etc.)
  • Oracle database, PL/SQL development experience is desirable
  • Knowledge of on-premise Windows Servers setup and infrastructure
  • Self-motivated and interested in researching and experimenting with new technologies
  • Proficient in spoken and written English, Swedish is beneficial
