* You like to build and ship - you favor practical choices and speed over perfection. You make deadlines for yourself and you move fast.
* You are experienced - you have expert level knowledge of JavaScript and modern web application development. Your comfort extends beyond experience with popular libraries and frameworks, you are familiar with a wide variety of application domains, and you like to solve problems with elegant, creative solutions.
* You are scrappy and entrepreneurial - you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable with not knowing the answer to something. You’re proactive with suggestions, and you come up with solutions without being asked to do so.
* You have worked on interesting projects beyond basic CRUD apps. We like to see people who have worked with some graphics programming, using canvas or SVG. Maybe you've written a data visualization library or a text editor.
