We're looking for someone who will help us build, scale and operate a customer success system for our virtual events tool. Here is a presentation we made for you: About the product vision We are making online better than offline. Wonder lets you build virtual spaces where large groups can meet and talk. People move around the space and once they get close to each other, a videoconference starts. This allows them to move around, form little groups and mingle. About the role We're growing 30% week-on-week and users love our product. They want to understand it and learn what they can do with it. We need you to build, operate and own a customer success system that provides a good overall experience to users and that scales. Concretely, this means

  • Offering fast, competent and well-written email support
  • Guiding users through the product in private and group demos
  • Developing our knowledge base with content (articles, videos, links)
  • Proactively sharing feedback from users with the team
  • Constantly improving our customer success system
  • Bringing energy and ambition to the team

  • You're a great communicator: you're charismatic, patient, able to explain technical concepts with a sense of humour

  • You're excited about Wonder and about working with us
  • You speak and write both German and English
  • You have experience with customer success (optional)
