GSI is looking to hire someone with the below qualifications

our company manufactures pet accessories , toys & Electronics

The ideal candidate will be an imperative thinker and storyteller with a proven record of building a brand and campaign for a variety of brands.

This person will be actively involved in the process from initial brand deep dive to concept creation to the execution of branding assets and will be responsible to enhance the brand identity and design.
What you will do:

Branding & packaging design
Take ownership of all design initiatives across all platforms.
Create the personality, voice and messaging for all brands successfully across all projects, helping maintain consistency across all platforms.
Oversee, lead and mentor a team of graphic designers, photographers, copywriters, industrial designers, etc.
Utilize artistic direction to bring original concepts to life and deliver meaningful designs.
Lead through artistic designs and direction to execute company visions (utilizing and delegating team efforts) in all forms of media (packaging, print, web, etc.)
Monitor and ensure overall quality of all design output.
Provide factories with collected art files and direction, specifying any other instructions.
Develop branding guidelines that achieve brand objectives and project timelines.
Ensure consistency of design guidelines across all platforms.
Ability to solve problems, be resourceful and adaptable.
Desired Skills & Experiences

Bachelor’s degree preferably in Graphic Arts, Graphic Design or Packaging Design
Social Media design a plus.
9+ year’s experience in similar environment.
Senior-level knowledge of print technology and techniques and reproduction processes.
Has a collaborative and team mindset.
Attention to details and organization skills is a must.
Expert level in Adobe Suite.
Naturally thinks about strategy from an integrated marketing perspective featuring digital, social, influencers, strategic partners, brand promotions, and experiential marketing.
Can think about brands and marketing on a global scale.
An experienced designer with various stages of brand building from start to final brand guidelines.
Strong knowledge of cultural, consumer, digital and social trends.
Exceptional presentation and writing skills—deck building, a plus.
Self-starter, willing to try things he/she hasn't done before.
