  • You run email CRM as a performance marketing channel
  • You develop new channels to communicate with customers such as WhatsApp, SMS or Facebook Messenger
  • You contribute actively to the development of our CRM-Strategy and take responsibility for the operational execution
  • You create a content strategy to optimize the entire customer journey
  • You are always up-to-date and know about all new CRM Marketing trends
What you need to bring.
  • You have a degree in the field of Marketing, Economics, Computer-Science or similar qualification and have at least two years of Experience in CRM
  • You speak and write German on a native level and are fluent in English
  • You have experience with creative copywriting, particularly for CRM channels including email
  • You have a passion for detail, always try your best to achieve your goals and learn from mistakes
  • You are an excellent communicator and can easily simplify complex problems
  • You are familiar with at least one key ESP - Braze is a distinct advantage
  • Web/Mobile Analytics experience
