Product Manager responsible for the delivery and execution of the entire suite of Core Trade Products and Services offer to our Corporate & Institutional and Commercial Bank clients in the European, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region within the Global Trade line of business of JPMorgan Chase. With the recent re-organization of the Global Trade business globally and the launch of the new Core Trade Global Trade Strategy, the Core Trade product group and the EMEA region are key and growing components of the overall Global Trade business.

Primary Responsibilities
* Product Manager is responsible for the entire suite of products and services offered to Corporate & Institutional and Commercial clients in the EMEA region.
* To execute the Global Core Trade strategy in helping to transform Core Trade into a client-centric, growth-orientated product group.
* To establish JP Morgan as one of the leading Core Trade services provider in the EMEA region.
* To continually develop the products set and leverage other Wholesale Payment Products to create combined solutions and cross sell strength.
* Drive exceptional performance in Core Trade services in order to drive profitability through maximizing price and minimizing Risk Weighted Assets (RWA) utilization.
* Work with Channel delivery, Operations and Technology in order to develop digitization and focusing on client experience for our clients.
* Develop a culture of teamwork, working closely with the Trade Sales Specialists, Corporate Bankers and other JPMorgan Product Groups to aggressively grow the Core Trade product set while meeting customer needs.
* Provide thought leadership and direction in the region.
* Represent the firm in public forums.

Manage Activities
* Execute against the Global Core Trade product strategy and supporting offerings to achieve the business growth targets in conjunction with Global and Regional Corporate / FI Trade services partners.
* Manage the P&L; of the EMEA Core Trade product and services.
* Develop cross sell proposition within Wholesale Payments.
* Lead engagement with external parties (ex: third party service providers).
* Create innovative Core Trade products and advices.
* Ensure appropriate development of supporting risk and credit policies.
* Ensure a disciplined approach to managing the risk in specific transactions.
* Ensure appropriate levels of expertise in Sales and Relationship Management to effectively introduce solutions to corporate customers regionally.
* Ensure service delivery is a key part of the solution design.
* Ensure appropriate program management of operational and technical delivery.

* BA/BS in Management, Marketing, Economics or a related discipline; MBA preferred
* Must be able to demonstrate experience and knowledge of working in Trade Finance discipline or related function with additional experience in one or more of the following areas: Product Management, Trade Operations and Sales
* Extensive experience working in a financial services discipline
* Excellent leadership skills across multiple functional areas, including Product, Operations, Sales, Marketing and at Senior levels
* Ability to liaise with Legal, Compliance, Finance and other internal groups to deliver results
* Exceptional written, presentation and oral communication skills
