Overview We are looking for a Senior Customer Delivery Manager with the right skillset to lead the customer development process of the company. You are responsible for the sales and business development processes and contribute on all customer related topics. Join us and work closely with high-profile customers and manage pilots and full projects for us and them. About this position As a Senior Customer Delivery Manager at Apheris, you will be in charge of the communication and successful implementation of projects with our existing and new portfolio of high-profile customers. The role is a unique opportunity to have a very high impact on our business and growth, as you are one of our first commercial team members. You will be closely working with our Founders Robin and Michael. With their help, you develop a deep understanding of our customer’s needs, use cases and objectives and you directly work with our customers to ensure that our product is properly leveraged. Your task includes the development and improvement of our sales and business development strategies, derived from your strong relationship with our customers, to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention. You are working closely with our project teams to facilitate onboarding of new customers and define success and help them drive significant value out of using our product. Right now, we are building out a handful of R&D data ecosystems with large enterprise customers – our focus industries are pharma & healthcare, chemical R&D and manufacturing. We productize our general-purpose tech core for private data sharing and we heavily ramp up our business development to win the next data ecosystems with leading industry players. The use cases we address are primarily related to R&D acceleration empowered by machine learning applications – the data ecosystems are the foundation for a breakthrough in those use cases.   • At least 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in customer success, consulting, or key account management in IT-related roles.
  • A profound technical understanding is required (good understanding of data science and enterprise software).
  • Having worked for a SaaS or software consulting organization is a big plus.
  • You are a self-motivated, proactive team player with innovative ideas to inspire customer loyalty.
  • Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate conflict and foster open communication.
  • Strong analytical thinking, outstanding organizational skills and  leadership abilities.
  • You have strong communicational skills and enjoy interacting with various customers and contact persons.
  • Skilful at building long term relationships with executives and key stakeholders.
