The head of web-/microsite, UX/UI is responsible for managing the brand face to the customer. By managing the frontend development + Design of the brand website, Ecommerce website and Microsites. This role coordinates diverse digital communication functions. Working closely together with the content team, the creative team, IT and Marketing communication international, this role is an essential orchestrator to develop the Miele brand identity on owned digital touchpoints.
-Responsible for best in class global brand web-, shop- and microsites development (concept, design, content published etc.)
-Develop a strategic plan incorporating development initiatives as well as campaign plans; manage cross-functional projects to be implemented on owned channels
-Document web development processes and identify best practices to be implemented on a global scale; coordinate web functions, monitor web activities and identify new technologies to be integrated
-Ensure best in class UX/UI and frontend development to create the best experiences for our consumers
-Collaborate closely with IT to ensure technical website performance and go-live dates and with the complete digital marketing team to get new insights on tools and best practices
-Ideally university degree in business studies, major in marketing / digital brand management and other relevant fields
-Foundational experience working for a premium brand in consumer or FMCG industry with deep market and (premium) consumer behavior knowledge
-Acknowledged communicator at all levels with a hands-on attitude with experience in managing international, cross-functional team and agile ways of working
-Ability to draw conclusions based on analytic reports and KPIs; In-depth knowledge of CMS, web shop, HTML/CSS/JS, design web analytics and good understanding of new software/web technologies
-Foundational experience managing eCommerce or brand websites of a globally operating business; fluent business English, additional languages are an advantage
