You'll collaborate with some of the best in the business to see how we build products & features that ship to hundreds of millions of customers around the world, across products like iPhone, HomePod, tv, and Mac.
As part of the Apple's Machine Learning and AI team, we transform every Apple product and because we fully integrate hardware and software, we can collaborate to deliver amazing experiences while protecting user data. Our aim is to create an experience that allows you to learn without pressure, gain practical skills, build real world experience, develop a greater understanding of our industry and form valuable connections. We care deeply about our customers and in this internship you will help us improve the Siri experience for several key European markets including Germany. You will have an eye for product and design, but also love rolling up your sleeves and diving into the analytical detail using data to support decision making. You will develop strategy and maintain up-to-date information about the state of the environments in European markets. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Define and maintain country dashboard and important metrics - Perform competitive analysis and capture local market insights that inform quality improvements and features - Research country specific trends and recommend customizations for the local market. Monitor press and social media. - Failure analysis of Siri behavior in production to identify key improvement areas - Analyze product metrics to measure performance and use this data to drive decisions - Be the voice of the customer; Have a strong knowledge of country landscape and proactively test Siri and competitor products in local markets.
