Would you like the opportunity to work with a great team of designers, engineers, and product owners to create new, artificially intelligent and machine learning-driven experiences across many digital channels?

Our Marketing and Emerging Business Group’s Enterprise Internet and Mobility team is looking for a Technical Lead to help bring the capabilities, voice and personality of our digital assistant to life. This person will have the opportunity to work with other teams across the company to help build contextual, personalized experiences that leverage our intelligent assistant’s capabilities.

The ideal candidate will have experience:

Programming in JavaScript for artificially intelligent assistants (chatbots, voice) Building on Natural Language Processing platforms (Microsoft LUIS) Leveraging machine learning in building consumer-facing experiences Building for modern microservices architecture Collaborating across disciplines and organizational constructs to deliver working software Leveraging analytics to identify and support digital assistance KPIs and future functionality Working in an End-to-End Agile product development environment with Agile tools (e.g. JIRA) Identifying and resolving roadblocks that may impair the team’s ability to meet strategic, financial and technical goals
