Are you excited about your career? We are!

Western & Southern Financial Group is a Fortune 500 Financial Services company with a long history of strength, stability, and philanthropy. We provide life and health insurance, annuities, mutual funds, and investment management products and services for millions of people through our member companies.

The Marketing & Digital Center of Excellence (MDCOE) is an enterprise-level team designed to enable all Western & Southern businesses to be poised for growth in a rapidly changing environment. We are currently seeking a UX Architect to design the experience architecture for enterprise digital products.

What would I do?
Working as part of an agile team, you will translate user needs and business requirements into iterative digital products and experiences. You will use your design thinking skills to lead and facilitate workshops to address customer feedback, business challenges, and regulatory requirements. In partnership with your project team, you will create and leverage personas, journey maps, design concepts, and UX wireframes for responsive web and mobile applications that can be translated into rapid prototypes to foster positive user experiences. You will create, facilitate, test, present, and support user-centered concepts with consideration of market research, UI design patterns, business requirements, and best practices to support business objectives.

This is a great opportunity if you have 7-10 years of previous UX experience within a corporate environment or agency. Qualified candidates enjoy team work, mentoring, working in a cross-functional agile environment and analyzing/interpreting data to translate into wireframes and prototypes to positively impact user flows, pages and lead generation. Desired skills include strong technical acumen and collaboration, proven experience with usability testing design and online tools, exposure to web and mobile development, experience with mobile app and responsive design, strong content management system understanding (i.e. Sitecore), knowledge of design software packages, (i.e. Adobe Creative Suite) and proven ability to drive users through use cases with ease and conversion success.
You would enjoy a very competitive benefit plan including medical, dental, prescription, vision, long term and short term disability coverage, tuition reimbursement, free fitness center, paid time off and holidays, a 401(k) plan with a company match, AND a defined benefit pension plan! We offer highly subsidized parking or bus subsidies, free breakfast and lunch in our onsite café, as well as numerous employee discounts.
