This person will engage with cross-functional teams across Apple, such as real estate, technology, finance, and facilities. They will drive key projects in collaboration with the studio operations team to establish an environment where individuals and teams can do their best work.

The Design Studios Project Manager advances design efforts by driving operational strategy, executing on programs to meet the needs of the design organization, and is responsible for worldwide standards of the team’s design studios. The project manager is a facilitator and presenter, with the ability to engage audiences through debate and workshop techniques; Has worked on a large variety of project types across expansive geographies and market segments; Possesses clear and concise communication, organization skills and ability to work across time zones; Embodies a confident and positive attitude and is passionate about the Apple brand and committed to preserving its authenticity.
Develop, roll out, and maintain the standard operating procedures for the design studios. Maintain and improve relationships with services providers. Assure small capital projects, operations projects and reconfigurations are run successfully with a focus on customer service. Collaborate with peers across regions to ensure standards are shared and implemented. Monitor and action escalations. Foresee issues that may adversely affect work quality and develop action plans. Manage time efficiently, able to multi-task while keeping strong attention to details.
