Our team is rapidly growing as we expand our programs to reach more health systems and patients, and we are excited to bring on a Product Designer.

As a Product Designer, you will design and ship products and features for our patients, clinicians, and internal users. Ideally, you are a generalist with strong interaction design and visual design chops, with experience planning and conducting evaluative research (eg user interviews, concept testing, usability testing). You will collaborate with other UX team members (product designers, content designers, and researchers), as well as cross-functionally with product managers and engineers. Ideal candidates will be driven by the problem we are solving but also by the innovative approach and technology that we are applying to healthcare - looking to make a significant impact on healthcare delivery. We’re looking for someone with exceptional curiosity and enthusiasm for solving hard problems.

Primary Responsibilities:

Embed on a cross-functional product team to understand our users, validate ideas, usability test designs, and design and ship products and features for care teams, patients, and internal teams—and help define the future design direction of our product

Partner cross-functionally with product managers and engineers throughout discovery and delivery—to uncover and articulate problems, sketch ideas, collect feedback, finalize high fidelity designs, and support engineers throughout the development process

Partner with UX researchers to plan and conduct user research—crafting research plans and concepts for testing, and facilitating interviews with users

Collaborate with other UX team members—product designers, content designers, researchers—on both product and UX-led initiatives (eg shaping our design system, improving our design processes)

Qualifications (Required):

1-3 years experience as a Product Designer with strong interaction design and visual design chops, and experience conducting evaluative research and collaborating cross-functionally on an agile team to ship products and features

Experience with the end-to-end product design process, from initial ideation to handing off final designs to engineering; you can collaborate effectively with project stakeholders, you are a great listener, and you know how to use verbal, written, and visual communication to facilitate decision-making and drive projects forward

Proficiency with Figma (or similar design tools)
