Your role:  As a Sales Development Representative, you will join our EMEA SDR team to identify and create new qualified sales opportunities. You’ll work closely with Sales and Marketing to optimize lead generation and strategic sales approaches in the Russian/Eastern Europe region. With your engaging communication skills, rapport building abilities, excellent organizational skills and a team player mindset, you will have a direct impact on our Sales pipeline and contribute to our revenue growth.   • Commit to understanding/owning your territory and becoming a trusted member of the Global SDR org while collaborating with your regional field teams
  • Generate new Sales Qualified Opportunities (SQOs) and pipeline in greenfield accounts in Russia & Eastern Europe.
  • Meet quarterly SQOs, lead SLAs, and weekly KPI & activities’ targets
  • Conduct account development best practices with email, phone, and social touches using SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce, LeadIQ, G2 and 6Sense
  • Work closely with the inbound marketing team and your sales teams, to optimize territory coverage and outbound prospecting strategies
  • Research and take part in consultative discussions with prospects, taking full ownership of matching our product offering with client needs
  • Participate in training and master understanding of Adjust Solutions, our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), competitive landscape, and on-going career development skills
  • Be eager to learn, committed to getting 1% better everyday and be open to feedback

What you bring:
  • 1-2 years of Sales Development (SDR/BDR) or Inside Sales experience calling into Russia/EE (ideally in a tech/software company and a fast-paced environment)
  • Must have fluent business Russian-language skills, strong English skills, and a 2nd Eastern European language is a plus!
  • A growth mindset, demonstrated quota achievement and/or track record of success in prior roles
  • Sales driven & customer oriented focus
  • Strong ability to understand Russian/EE customer needs via curiosity, asking open-ended questions and active listening
  • Excellent verbal & written communication, and presentation skills
  • Experience with SDR tech stack or similar tools: Salesforce, SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, LeadIQ, etc.
  • Team player with collaboration skills, and experience working with sales, marketing and operations teams
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, changing environment with minimal direction
  • A B.A./B.S. or other 4-year degree
