About the Role

We’re looking for a talented and experiences marketing programs manager to construct maintain and support our marketing programs. You will manage business-to-business marketing programs in Marketo for email campaigns, event promotion,  nurture, webinars, and ad-hoc announcements.

What You’ll Do

  • You'll use your deep systems knowledge to construct, maintain, and support our core marketing programs
  • Manage critical business processes such as attribution, database management, integrations and communications calendar
  • Like the rest of our team, you’ll be rolling up your sleeves and helping out with tons of projects outside of your job description
  • Help manage a detailed project or program plan that considers all requirements, constraints, resources, and deliverables associated with the defined objectives
  • Own priorities, timelines, project management and success metrics of the marketing execution efforts with strong accountability on operational excellence in a fast-changing environment

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree required
  • 3+ years of marketing automation experience using Marketo under your belt
  • 3+ years of expertise in Salesforce.com usage and marketing administration, especially in building Salesforce dashboards and setting up campaign attribution programs
  • HTML and CSS skills – big necessity!
  • Understanding of the relationship between a marketing automation platform and Salesforce, and how campaigns/data is synced, as well as the field mapping processes
  • In-depth understanding of email deliverability requirements and processes
  • Must have hands-on marketing automation experience in the B2B space.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills 
  • Strong analytical and assessment skills in order to analyze outcomes and optimize (emails, programs, landing pages etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Marketo's API Integration – a plus
  • Knowlege data privacy regulations across North America, EMEA, and APAC
  • Marketo MCE Certification
  • Experience in software or high-tech marketing is a plus
  • Managed Database growth from 100K to 500K 
  • An opinion on Star Wars vs Star Trek
