🚀 What’s the opportunity?
Our partner ecosystem is a core part of how we plan to scale WorkRamp’s platform adoption and awareness. We are looking for a Technology Partner Manager to play a key role in scaling our Partner Program globally and to strengthen existing relationships with current partners like Udemy, BambooHR, Lattice, Salesforce.com, Slack, OpenSesame, Go1 and WorkDay. As a Technical Partner Manager, your role is to own WorkRamp’s Technology Partner Program. This includes vetting potential new partners, customer research on ideal integration workflows, identifying new strategic partners, driving adoption of integrations and maximizing WorkRamp’s reach in the market. This role will be responsible for maintaining a best in class partner experience, being an expert in the Learning Technology landscape, and driving cross functional alignment with sales, marketing and product.
🔧 What will I be doing?
Work with sales and product teams to interpret customer requirements and deliver partner solutions that will drive end-customer success. Develop and maintain relationships with key strategic partners; build trust through your technical expertise of their platforms and customer needs. Collaborate with Partner Managers during the pre and post sales phases to develop, manage and grow partner relationships Be an expert on partner offerings and technical capabilities; partner with sales teams to recommend partner solutions and deploy or advance successful customer integrations. Advocate for partner needs and improvements with internal product and partner engineering teams that will benefit end-customers; highlight issues, trends and opportunities for integration enhancements. Maintain subject matter expertise on learning technology and API trends.
💡 What skills do I need?
Strong desire to work in Partner Management at an early-stage startup
3-5+ years of SaaS Technology Partner experience
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Expert time-management within a fast-paced environment
Proven track record of change management and implementing new value add processes
Bachelor’s degree
