About the Role:

To further drive our growth and exposure, we are looking for an experienced professional to improve and execute our traffic-acquisition marketing strategy. You will initiate, manage, and execute influencer marketing, PR, and organic reach campaigns focused on driving target audiences to Spin. You will work with KOLs, media, and the NEAR Protocol ecosystem participants (both companies, influencers, and news aggregators) and establish long-term relationships with them. Long story short, your duty will be to spread the word about Spin by utilizing the most efficient and creative approach!

Responsibilities:

• Build, update, execute, and optimise user acquisition marketing strategy
• Research, reach and establish relations with ecosystem participants, DeFi & CeFi KOLs & media (global & local communities)
• Ensure sufficient coverage of product/business development releases (pitching partners, distributing news, and arranging paid campaigns)
• Organise AMAs, interviews, etc. and take part in the public events
• Work closely with the head of marketing and the management team to define the overall marketing strategy

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in a marketing function (influencer marketing / PR / communications / marketing-focused BD) with a track record of delivering success in a market with emerging technologies.
• 1+ years of experience in DeFi or 2+ years of experience in CeFi (centralized exchanges, wallets, trading or asset management, etc.). Work experience with DEXes on L1 blockchains (NEAR, Solana, Avalanche, Terra, etc.) is an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, advanced or native English (C1+)
• Being data-driven and performing analysis of data to tell a story, drive campaigns and experiment with growth.
• Established relationships with KOLs or media contributors are an advantage but not a must.
