You’re an experienced recruiter obsessed with finding amazing talent and providing a top-notch candidate and employee experience. We’re EngagedMD and we have a patient journey application used by more than 1 million users nationwide and internationally since its launch, and we continue to see enormous growth and adoption from medical clinics across multiple markets. This is an exciting opportunity to join us in our mission to make life easier for clinics and patients alike as we scale. You will significantly impact our rapidly growing organization by executing full lifecycle recruiting, contribute meaningfully to the employee experience, and gain experience in many areas of people operations, while closely collaborating with our people leaders. 

This fully remote role reports to our Head of People and candidates are required to reside in the United States. This role requires legal authorization to work in the United States. EngagedMD is unable to sponsor current H1B visa holders for this role.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the execution of the recruiting process and candidate experience end-to-end, seeking to identify exceptional candidates from a diverse range of backgrounds 
  • Continuously improve on our existing processes, with an eye towards reducing bias and leading with an equitable experience for candidates 
  • Partner with people leaders to identify needed talent, design roles, benchmark compensation, and set timelines for hiring
  • Assist with building our employer brand and related activities
  • Coordinate onboarding for new team members to ensure a seamless transition and positive experience 
  • Other people operations related responsibilities as interest and need intersect

What You’ll Bring

  • At least 2 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, ideally at a small start-up or SaaS organization
  • Previous success recruiting roles across a variety of disciplines, including software development, product, customer success, and sales
  • A creative and analytical mindset for sourcing 
  • A bias towards action, with a healthy sense of urgency 
  • A demonstrated history of working autonomously 
  • A mission-driven orientation to all you do 
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a small, fast-paced organization 
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent career experience 

It’s Also Nice If You…
  • Have at least a passing familiarity with the fertility and/or healthcare industries
  • Have successfully worked remotely with distributed teams in the past
  • Have experience with Greenhouse ATS
