Toolbox has seen incredible growth over the past year; our compound monthly growth rate for the past couple of quarters remained >90% and we have already grown 5x this year. We believe now is the time to bring marketing in-house and build an incredible growth engine. As a key member of the marketing team, we expect you to take over execution of our top-of-funnel growth activities as well as refine our marketing automation processes. We seek to implement best-in-class practices across our organization and will look to you to professionalize our marketing stack. Specific responsibilities include:
Improve current marketing campaigns across Facebook, Google and LinkedIn
Analyze data to drive growth decisions
Coordinate development of organic acquisition across SEO/blog content and social media
Establish a consistent marketing execution strategy
Drive landing page optimizations, including A/B testing experiments, lead capture, etc.
Build and launch email marketing campaigns to engage and nurture customers
Push creative strategies to tell evocative brand stories that create emotional connections with customers
Curate in-real-life marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness
Leverage core marketing and customer engagement tools like Google Analytics, HotJar, Segment, Customer.io
Collaborate with Product, Design, Engineering, and Business Development to drive forward growth-specific projects and company-wide initiatives
4+ years of experience in growth or data-driven marketing role, ideally at a high growth early-stage start-up
Strong understanding of multiple marketing channels, and desire to experiment with innovative marketing approaches
Experience working with data and excited to use it to drive decisions
Experience working in a handful of the growth platforms: e.g., Google Analytics, or similar analytics platform, Segment or similar data & reporting tools, Customer.io or other email/SMS platforms, etc.
Elevated aesthetic and quality standards; experience contributing to the design of landing pages and growth creative (e.g., Facebook ads)
Excellent written communication skills. Ability to transform complex concepts into crisp consumer-friendly language

Cash & equity compensation will be determined based on experience, but will be very competitive based on market rates.
