Help organize and architect our recently implemented CRM (SFDC) to ensure we’re able to make data driven decisions as a company
Serve as primary system administrator for the Salesforce environment with 60+ users
Build our sales and marketing tech stack on top of Salesforce
Gather detailed requests for improvements or changes to the system, and implement these changes as appropriate
Upgrade and configure Salesforce systems for optimized integration
Manage Salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups
Partner with Sales and other company leaders to properly execute sales processes (e.g., territory design)
Own and manage Salesforce data hygiene , including diagnostic tests and duplicate entry cleansing
Evaluating and installing new Salesforce releases, as well as providing training and support
Documenting processes, including error reports and workflows
Minimum Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in sales ops, SFDC development, as an SFDC architect, or as an SFDC admin
Proven success in a fast-paced, innovative, and entrepreneurial environment
Excellent interpersonal skills to build positive working relationships across management and cross-functional teams
Experience working at, or with, SaaS organizations
Ability to take ownership, prioritize, and complete tasks very quickly
The ability to communicate and provide complex solutions in a consumable way to non-technical peers and users
Ability to work well with ambiguity, solve problems, and think on your feet
Preferred Requirements:
SFDC Certified Admin or SFDC Certified Advanced Admin
Working knowledge of Outreach, Gong, and a marketing automation platform (e.g., Marketo)
Knowledge of the Healthcare industry
