🚀 What’s the opportunity? 

WorkRamp is looking for a Web Developer who creates attractive and functional designs for websites, landing pages, and email. The ideal candidate has experience handling both the technical complexities of programming while having an eye for aesthetics. You have fluency in several programming languages like HTML, jQuery, JavaScript, alongside command of architecture and back-end systems to create optimized, user-friendly web pages and modules. You should have a deep knowledge of Wordpress. This person will need excellent project management skills, a keen analytical mind, and a good eye for design alongside their ability to communicate with various stakeholders.

🔧 What will I be doing?

  • Design new modules, sections, pages for the website using WordPress

  • Alter existing modules for functionality

  • Implement technical SEO recommendations like reducing JavaScript for page speed optimization

  • Manage front-end and back-end website development 

  • Implement WordPress plug-ins and themes 

  • Maintain well-documented, reusable, and transferrable code

  • Troubleshoot and resolve website issues

  • Design and code new email and landing page templates in HubSpot

  • Stay abreast of new developments in software, trends, and practices

  • Collaborate with members of the marketing team including Demand Gen, PMM, Events, and Marketing Ops 

🙌 What skills do I need?

  • 3+ years of experience with Wordpress development

  • 1+ years of experience building responsive HubSpot email and landing page templates

  • Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery 

  • Experience using debugging tools such as Firebug and Chrome Inspector

 - Strong understanding of front-end and back-end website development 

  • Experience with Google Tag Manager & Google Optimize

  • Keen attention to detail 

  • Experience with responsive and adaptive design

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience with a preference for a computer science-related field

  • Knowledge of and/or experience with the Genesis Framework

  • Must work PST hours
