What do we do, you wonder? Today’s data teams have a tough job. They manage hundreds of data inputs from across the business on one side and stakeholders demanding reliable data on the other. Data complexity grew quickly, but the tooling helping teams keep control did not. And the opportunity is big.

What are we looking for? Join us to geek out about what our users want, who they are, their needs and frustrations, and how they work. You’ll be uncovering, ideating, and testing product experiences that delight our users daily. Working in a small team, you will define an approach to how we design our product.

Requirements

• Several years of experience leading and designing interactive applications
• Excellent visual, UI, and interaction chops

• Meet users to understand their needs
• Lead the design of user interface flows and user experience of the entire synq product
• Lead discovery, exploration, and validation of new features with our design customers
• Work closely with a cross-functional team
