At Pave, we believe the world of compensation is broken, and we’re going to fix it. Today, teams cobble together hundreds of messy spreadsheets and outdated surveys to determine how to compensate their employees. At best, they’re leveraging stale data from an industry that is quickly evolving past it. Add COVID, a new remote and distributed workforce, and you have an even blurrier picture of what “market compensation” is, how it’s evolving, and how to communicate it to employees.

That’s where we come in. Pave allows companies to benchmark compensation to leaders in their industry, analyze internal compensation data and make the right adjustments, then visually communicate compensation to their employees. We’re building the world’s largest real-time compensation data platform on the path to help employers and employees navigate the murky world of compensation with clarity, equity, and accessibility. Our Team: Pave is growing extremely quickly and our recruiting team is at the forefront of building our diverse, talented & extremely passionate team! As an early member of the team, you’ll get to have a ton of ownership and will get to provide a world-class candidate experience that will set us apart from the competition. You will also work closely with leadership in building and rolling out brand new processes that will help us scale. We can’t wait to partner with you!

Your Primary Focus: • Closely partner with Engineering leadership and People/Talent Leaders to define and implement internal recruiting processes and create and execute recruiting programs • Collaborate with Hiring Managers and Executives to define position requirements, create job descriptions, and define interview strategies • Proactively source, screen, and manage candidates through the interview process • Manage salary/offer negotiations with candidates • Work closely with our Recruiting Coordinator to schedule/manage candidate interviews and provide the necessary recruiting metrics

About You: • Demonstrated success managing full lifecycle recruiting for a wide range of technical positions • Prior start-up experience strongly preferred • Prior recruiting agency experience preferred • Strong experience sourcing and engaging passive candidates • Strong experience negotiating and closing offers • Wide knowledge of recruiting and sourcing tools • Able to work with a highly dynamic culture and is comfortable with ambiguityHigh integrity; experience working with sensitive and confidential situations; track record of building strong trust and confidence with business leaders and teams • Knowledge of immigration statuses • Prior experience managing remote processes with geographically distributed teams preferred • Experience with ATS. Greenhouse preferred.
