What We're Looking For:
The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer experience management and a background in B2B software/IT sales. This role is crucial to the growth of Customer Alliance. The right candidate can expect a lot of support and career progression opportunities as we grow our teams further.
Your Responsibilities:
- You develop the market and acquire accounts within an assigned vertical (hospitality, automotive, etc…)
- Establish C-level contacts and develop new sales opportunities
- Responsible for the entire sales process (pipeline generation to pipeline conversion) ensuring that personal targets and other performance metrics are being achieved
- Use modern sales tactics and an analytical method when approaching new customers
- Understand our potential customer’s existing processes for guest experience and position our SaaS solution accordingly
- Track and regularly review lead and pipeline progression in our CRM-system to ensure accurate forecasting
- You will represent Customer Alliance at events and fairs of the key industries
We Expect:
- Minimum 1 year experience in SaaS B2B sales or BDR (or similar position).
- Proven track record of managing the entire sales life cycle - from prospecting to closing.
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Fluent in English and fluent in German/French
- Ambitious, driven and results-oriented
