About you:

The Associate Vice President, Sales is one of the senior leaders of the company, working closely with the founders/advisors (ex-CMOs of unicorns/SaaS startups) to drive the future-oriented vision and plans.

Your growth:

  • You’ll experience Series A in 12-months and become the Sales Director.
  • You’ll see a 25-people team becoming a 100-people and will grab the rarest opportunity to be in the room where company’s decisions are planned with founders, product and marketing leaders
  • You’ll love working with super-strong technical, design and product teams, and fall in love with technology first approach to solve large scale business problems
  • You will be rewarded with a competitive offer on cash and stocks

Your role while working with the founders will be to:

  • Selling product vision to founders/CMOs/Heads of D2C commerce brand (refer our website for examples)
  • Weekly sync up with Head of Product to provide inputs on market sentiments
  • Hire and manage a team of sales representatives
  • Build and manage the sales pipeline
  • Write sales pitches for all products and services
  • Complete competitive analysis reports
  • Contact potential customers and makes sales pitches
  • Develop relationships with top customers.
  • Meet or exceed sales quotas.
  • Collaborate with customer service, billing, and other departments.

Preferred experience: 2-5+ years of having hands-on sales strategies preferably in B2B SaaS start-ups
