Modern Treasury is seeking a talented and motivated attorney to join our team as Commercial Counsel. This role is based in San Francisco. As Modern Treasury’s second lawyer, you will make an immediate impact: you’ll successfully close deals with customers, partners and vendors, help Modern Treasury launch new products and features, and work with Sales, Bank Partnerships, Finance and Operations teams on a wide range of deals and initiatives.
This role will report directly to the Head of Legal. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in developing the legal function at a company named one of Y Combinator’s Top 50 startups. You will have many opportunities to make a difference and grow with your fellow Modernos.
