DIA (Decentralised Information Asset) is a cross-chain, end-to-end, open-source data and oracle platform for Web3.

The DIA platform enables the sourcing, validation and sharing of transparent and verified data feeds for traditional and digital financial applications. DIA’s institutional- grade data feeds cover asset prices, metaverse data, lending rates and more. DIA’s data is directly sourced from a broad array of on-chain and off-chain sources at individual trade level. This allows DIA feeds to be fully customised with regards to the mix of sources and methodologies, resulting in tailor-made, high resilience feeds, setting a new paradigm for oracles.

DIA’s oracles are available to developers on all relevant layer 1 and layer 2 networks including Ethereum; Solana; Polkadot, and parachains Moonbeam, Astar, Acala; Kusama, and parachains Moonriver, Shiden; Binance Smart Chain; Polygon; Fantom; Avalanche; Arbitrum; Celo and many more.

You are the key driver of our expansion by integrating DIA oracles into the traditional finance ecosystem. You’re executing our strategy to identify and validate the traditional financial potential, developing ecosystem partnerships and taking ownership of a successful development of partner and client relationships.

Day-to-day responsibilities will contain various tasks along the business development process:

• Lead the identification and validation of the data feed specific product development focused on traditional clients.
• Understand client and partner needs and derive input for product development.
• Contribute to define the business development roadmap.
• Identify leads and target groups to reach out and close for long term relationships.
• Maintain and grow relationships with relevant business partners and clients hands on
• Set measurable targets and be accountable for your own performance which will ultimately define additional hiring needs.
• Continuously contribute to improve our strategy, positioning, and offerings
• Advocate for clients and customers, deeply understanding their needs and pains
• Collaborate and communicate closely with marketing, product, tech and data science
• Represent the business development team both internally to leadership and externally to clients and community

Job requirements

• 3+ years of experience of business development in traditional financial services
• Deep understanding and relationships in the indexing/ financial data space
• Worked in organisations that sold to CFD, ETP and other users of financial data
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written
• Strong analytical capabilities and data driven product decision-making mindset
• Can learn new technologies quickly and understand a wide variety of technical challenges
• Interested in Web3 and DeFi industry
