As a Mid Market Account Executive at Arist, you’ll help define the way we sell text message learning to some of the world’s largest organizations. You’ll help deep dive on sales challenges with our AE, BDR, and customers, and work to close deals while showing talent leaders how Arist creates transformational change.

More specifically, in your day to day you’ll:

  • Work with marketing and BDRs to define and book calls with qualified opportunities
  • Demo Arist for learning and talent development leaders, showing benefits and answering questions
  • Help potential customers qualify what makes a good Arist use case and set them up for success
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with mid-marketing (or) enterprise-level accounts
  • Work with Account Management to set clients up for long term success and re-engage as necessary
  • Help define the way we sell Arist to the world’s leading organizations

You’ll be great for this role if you:

  • Have 3-5 years of B2B Account Executive/sales experience
  • Preferably 2+ years in a mid-market sales role
  • Have a deep understanding of sales best practices and how to use them
  • Are kind, prompt and organized in your client outreach and response
  • Feel passionate and excited about closing deals
  • Have worked as a salesperson at a high-growth startup
