We’re seeking a support engineer to play a vital role in the smooth execution and functioning of the platform, with the potential for growth into other engineering roles. We’re a small, dynamic, remote-first team, and are looking for a self-motivated team member that can come in and help take our product to the next level.

  • A fun, dynamic, and collaborative work culture

WHAT YOU’D DO

As a Support Engineer, you will be responsible for addressing day-to-day hotfixes, bug fixes, and feature development to benefit the program delivery teams. This position works closely with the CTO to triage incoming support requests and proactively work to improve the overall stability and safety of the platform. This includes:

  • Triaging and engineering solutions to incoming support requests
